What a beauty (my) Pepper has become and how much did she grow ! Does she still grow ? Rosie is home now and I am quite stressed ! Pookie is sooo jalous, she gnarled at me this morning and doesn't come in my room anymore ! Arthur is afraid of the mini cat Lisa and Kim just ignore her ! Hopefully it gets better it's only the first day ! (pictures are on my blog)
Loved meeting you over the weekend! Batt Boy really wants to make some new batts soon, too. I wonder if every one will be completely unique, or if he'll do repeats or special orders?
My sheep are awake and grazing long before the goats or llamas, too. Mom is like "come on, lambs, we gotta eat now before those other lazy animals get up and get all the good grass." To answer rhelynn, my llamas sleep with their heads down, necks stretched out and will occasionally even lie on their sides with legs stretched out, too. But they don't sleep much that I can tell, usually they're kushing and busy watching the woods for danger. How about yours, O'Kitten? And like yours, mine are always confused to see me at 5 am before I go to work. Why so early, they wonder.
woo-hoo, you won one of the Best Pal prizes at the PGE blog!! I was sooo hoping you'd win when I nominated you!!!! can't wait too see which box you get, they looked like awesome prizes :)
My husband still says I can't have a llama in the yard even if Pepper IS adorable. We'll just have to keep throwing the cute at him and see if he cracks.
"One thing was certain, that the white kitten had had nothing to do with it--it was the black kitten's fault entirely." (L. Carroll, Through the Looking Glass)
I'm Yankee-Born and Southern-Raised, which makes me kind of Southern Gothic (in the old literary sense of the word). After 15 years in the Big Apple, I spent 4 years on a farm in Michigan raising chickens and llamas and learning to spin, knit, and needle-felt. Now I'm back home in NYC with my much-beloved spouse and one crazy tortiseshell cat. You can also find me on Ravelry.com as okitten.

Pepper's a beautiful girl...eight months old...she's almost a lady!

Lots of pretty fuzzface pictures :) I always wondered do they hold their heads up when they sleep or do they let them slump down?
