Thanks for the comments on my hats! I still have two hats and the scarf that are not selling. even though its still FREEZING here.
boo!
My friend said its time to whip out my screen print again and make more custom screens. Lat year I did a bunch of skull and cross bones on hoodies, t-shirts, onesies, an old jean jacket with the sleeves cut off (all thrift store items) I put them up for sale at the local coffee shop and they were gone in 4 days.
This year I am thinking just use the skull and cross bones and do strange colors like lavender, day-glo orange, pink on baby blue...
"One thing was certain, that the white kitten had had nothing to do with it--it was the black kitten's fault entirely." (L. Carroll, Through the Looking Glass)
I'm Yankee-Born and Southern-Raised, which makes me kind of Southern Gothic (in the old literary sense of the word). After 15 years in the Big Apple, I spent 4 years on a farm in Michigan raising chickens and llamas and learning to spin, knit, and needle-felt. Now I'm back home in NYC with my much-beloved spouse and one crazy tortiseshell cat. You can also find me on Ravelry.com as okitten.
